- Assistance is only available for indoor animals owned by the applicant.
- All pets must be spayed or neutered to remain eligible for assistance. If needed, the Pet Pantry may help coordinate spay/neuter services.
- Recipients who take in additional animals while receiving support may become ineligible for continued assistance.
- Program does not provide donations to individuals breeding or selling animals, and reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.

- Appointments are generally scheduled on two (2) Mondays a month. However, other arrangements can be made if needed.
