Eligibility
- Serves residents of Medina County.
- May receive assistance once a month.
- Assistance is only available for indoor animals owned by the applicant.
- All pets must be spayed or neutered to remain eligible for assistance. If needed, the Pet Pantry may help coordinate spay/neuter services.
- Recipients who take in additional animals while receiving support may become ineligible for continued assistance.
- Program is not a permanent source of pet food.

Completed pet pantry application (available online) including a copy of Photo ID or proof of address.
