- Individuals who live within ten miles of the pick-up location selected AND are homebound or lack the means of transportation to acquire essential supplies. - Permitted Deliveries: Last Mile Deliveries can be scheduled with agencies pre-approved for the Last Mile Delivery program. These deliveries should only be scheduled for individuals who live within 10 miles of the approved pick up location. All addresses should be checked for proximity. - Non-permitted deliveries: Deliveries cannot be made where there is not an approved pick up location within ten miles of the drop off location.
Documents required may differ by the partner agency's requirements. Recipients must provide name, phone number, birthdate, address, and more.
Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm
No fees. All goods in the delivery must be free for the recipient.
