If employed, residents must pay a percentage of their income toward rent. Rent is based on 30% of a resident's income. Rental assistance is available, and after two years the resident is expected to assume responsibilities for the rent.

Provides alcohol and other drug-free congregate living arrangements which facilitate the return to the community of individuals who are recovering from problems related to substance use disorder and who need ongoing support to sustain an abstinent lifestyle. Also has one location specifically for those who are living with AIDS/HIV.
