Outreach Programs For Older Adults | Medina County Senior And Adult Services

Visits older adults in their homes to explain all services provided by the agency. Links older adults to other available community resources so that they can remain independent as long as possible. Also visits the client's home to determine eligibility for Home Delivered Meals and Transit Services.

Provides in-home and community based services, including home-delivered (Meals-On-Wheels) and congregate meals, and a variety of cultural, recreational and educational programs, to Medina County residents over the age of 60. Functions as an Aging and Disability Resources Center (ADRC), offering information and assistance, options counseling and benefits screening for older adults and adults with disabilities.
