Eligibility
- Property must be located in Harrison County. - The applicant must be the homeowner and occupy the dwelling as their primary residence. Rental property, new-build homes, and homes advertised for sale are NOT eligible. - Property taxes must be current. - The household income must meet the program criteria. Call for details.
