Description
The Screening And Survivor Support (SASS) for Breast Cancer Program wants to make sure women in need throughout Licking County have access to mammograms. The American Cancer Society recommends annual routine mammograms beginning at age 40 for women at average risk of developing breast cancer. One third of all women who should get screened don’t because they lack access, education or awareness.
