Eligibility
- Available for Veterans who were drafted or enlisted in the service directly from high school during World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam.
- They must not have dropped out for other reasons and then later entered the service.
- The Veteran need not still be alive.
- Must be a current resident of Ohio or must have been so at time of death.
