Offers differnet programs for seniors such as Healthy U – Chronic Disease Self Management Program, Matter of Balance (MOB) is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity level of older adults who have this concern, Homemaker Aide Program, and the National Family Caregiver Program.
