Eligibility

Small claims: the defendant must live in or the incident must have occurred in the jurisdiction of the Rocky River Municipal Court. Jurors: adults 18 and older who are residents in the jurisdiction of the Rocky River Municipal Court and are chosen by random selection. The jurisdiction of the Rocky River Municipal Court includes Rocky River, Fairview Park, Bay Village, Westlake, North Olmsted, and portions of the Metroparks.
