Moms & Babies First / Moms And Babies First/ohio's Black Infant Vitality Program | Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services
Provides specialized home-based prenatal services to African American mothers and their families with the goal of reducing infant mortality. Licensed community health workers are assigned to enrolled pregnant women to provide 1 or 2 in-home, monthly face-to-face visits that will continue until the child is 2 years old.
