Coalition comprised of members of the community who have an interest in reducing the harm of substance use by targeting the following areas for change: Illegal use of opiates; prescription drug misuse; marijuana; tobacco and alcohol misuse. Meetings are held at the Boardman Township Administration Building, 8299 Market Street, Boardman, OH 44512.
