Eligibility

Serves residents of Portage County that meet all the following criteria: - Must live in eligible delivery area (lives within 10 miles of Center of Hope located at 1081 West Main Street in Ravenna, 44266). - Household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. - Is experiencing health concerns AND transportation barriers.

Provides delivery twice a month of a box of approximately 25 pounds of whole produce and shelf-stable foods through volunteers, DoorDash, or Amazon delivery.

Network partners operate more than 500 programs like food pantries, hot meal sites, shelters, and other hunger-relief programs in the neighborhoods and communities where people need food.
