Required documents

Storm Water and Erosion Control Permit:
  • Need a township zoning permit if activity is in zoned township or an exemption letter from that township.
  • If project is residential building may need approved septic inspection and permit.
  • For a re-build on an existing foundation/slab, must contact Building Codes and Permits for an inspection before a stormwater permit can be issued.
A site sketch is needed for all permits. These should be brought in at time of making application for permit.

Permit Room: Mon, Wed, Thu 8 am-noon. Permits can also be obtained outside of those times if scheduled with a Technician. Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm, call before arriving.
