SUMMER EBT | KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES - NORTHERN BLUEGRASS REGION
Provides seasonal funding for purchasing food to families with eligible children. Households will receive a total of $120 per eligible child on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card during the summer.

Application process
Children who received Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP), and/or Kinship Care benefits for at least one month since July 1, 2023 will automatically receive Summer EBT (SEBT). For children that do not fall into this category but are within the income eligibility limits, an application for SEBT benefits can be submitted online at https://kynect.ky.gov/benefits/

Serves Kentucky children ages 6-18 who are residing in a household with an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
