The Consumer and Family Toll-Free Bridge line provides referral and resource information specifically to consumers and their family members regarding mental health services, supports, and organizations statewide. The OhioMHAS Peer TFB staff members often work on consumer rights issues, concerns, complaints, and grievances in order to resolve these matters as quickly as possible. The TFB offers information that promotes advocacy, independence, and recovery for those who use this service.
