Provides education, rehabilitation, and support for those with special communication needs. Includes speech-language pathology, audiology and services and a Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as early intervention for babies with hearing loss. Offers sign language classes, assistance to stutterers, hearing screening and evaluation, hearing aids, and other assistive listening devices and technology to enhance communication.
