Offers home delivered meals, both hot and frozen, for people who are homebound, unable to prepare meals, or have no one to help. The need may be temporary or long-term. Regular, modified, therapeutic, kosher, and emergency blizzard box meals are available. Case managers work closely with clients to address nutritional needs.

Call the office or visit the website for more information. Most services require a 2- or 3-day waiting period from time of client assessment to service initiation.
Fee
Participants contribute what they can toward the cost. Funding assistance may be available for those in need. Medicaid and SNAP benefits may be used toward the cost for those 60 and over and homebound.
