Receiving more than a household is entitled to could result in overpayment penalties or charges of fraud. - Once approved, individuals and families can remain eligible for benefits until their income exceeds 200% of the Federal Poverty level, at which point their benefits would decrease but not immediately terminate. - Serves United States citizens.
