Mental Health / Trauma Recovery Services - Victims Of Violent Crime | Brenda Glass Multipurpose Trauma Center

Provides trauma recovery mental health services (counseling, therapy, and peer support) to victims of violence. Case management is provided to link the client to other community services as appropriate to their situation and needs. The case manager may also provide transportation to and from medical, court and legal appointments associated with recovery from the violent event. In some cases, temporary housing may be provided to clients who are receiving mental health services from this agency.

Eligibility

Cuyahoga County residents age 18 or older (and their children, if any) who are survivors of interpersonal violence such as: sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence, gun violence, or lost a family member or loved one to homicide and not already receiving mental health services from another agency.
