Clients should first contact Coordinated Intake (if it is open). If Coordinated Intake is closed, the client may walk in for service (however, they will need to go through Coordinated Intake as soon as they are open). NOTE: Will not accept walk-ins if they are being discharged directly from a hospital (those individuals should call Coordinated Intake).

Provides emergency overnight shelter to eligible individuals. Also serves as a homeless shelter as part of Cuyahoga County's Coordinated Intake program for individuals with specific barriers that may keep them from establishing and keeping stable housing.
