CLARK COUNTY FAMILY & CHILDREN FIRST COUNCIL

The Clark County Family and Children First Council consists of local public and private agencies or groups that fund, advocate, or provide services to children and families. The Council operates in partnership with parents. The purpose of the Council is to streamline and coordinate existing government services for families seeking service for their children. The Council's vision is that Clark County is a place where families, children, and adults live in safe, healthy neighborhoods, value each other, and succeed in school, the workplace, and life. Toward that vision the Council provides the necessary means - by collaborating, coordinating and advocating for services - to assist children and families to achieve their potential. The Council practices the Partnerships for Success strategic planning process and works to assure service coordination for families with unment needs.
