Eligibility
Open to residents of Hamilton County ages 14-24. Individuals must also have a household income within 200% of the Federal poverty level, be a minor, parenting a minor child, or reside in a home with a minor child, and have a barrier to self-sufficiency (e.g., living in poverty, in juvenile system, parenting, lack of basic skills).
