Eligibility
Open to residents of Clinton County who:
-have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
-own or rent a single-family, multi-family, or mobile home in Clinton County
-have not previously received weatherization services
Required documents
Utility bill (Copies of current month gas and/or electric bills.),Proof of income (Total household income for the past 12 months.),Other documents (Proof of ownership of property to be weatherized. Homeowner/Authorized Agent Certification signed by landlord (if applicable).),Lease or mortgage statement

Conducts a home inspection to identify safety and energy efficiency risks. Provides minor repairs or enhancements to homes based on inspection results, such as sealing drafts, adding insulation, repairing windows and doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and repairing or replacing heating equipment and water heaters.
