The Montgomery County Brad of Developmental Disabilities Services (MCBDDS) is the local government agency that coordinates services for eligible children and adults who are residents of Montgomery County who have a diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability. Its mission is to empower adults and children with developmental disabilities to live rewarding lives and reach their potential.
