HOME MODIFICATION PROGRAM | O'NEILL CENTER
Offers low-cost changes to the home environment that are directly related to reducing the risk of falling and improving the general safety, accessibility, and function abilities of the older adult resident. There are a variety of tasks allowed that are expected to make tasks easier, reduce accidents, and lengthen the amount of time the resident can continue to live in their primary residence. An initial home assessment is designed to identify permissible projects.
