The average income to qualify for the Prescription Hope pharmacy program:
  • An individual earning around $30,000 per year.
  • Households with a combined income of around $50,000 per year.
  • Guidelines increase with each additional dependent in households earning a combined income of up to $100,000 per year.

Fees
Prescription Hope has a formulary of over 1,500 medications that we can obtain for the set price of $50 per month for each medication. This covers 100% of the medication cost, no matter the retail price.

For the set price of $50 per month per Brand-Name medication, our advocates order, manage, track and refill your medications on time, maintain up-to-date records, and renew your medications every year, working with over 180 pharmaceutical manufacturers and their pharmacy. There are no other costs, fees, or charges associated with your medication or our program.
