Application process

My Place To Be’s Education Center has a rolling admissions policy, subject to availability in the classrooms. Although applications are encouraged prior to the beginning of the school year, they will be processed when they are received. My Place To Be uses a multi-step admission process to ensure the success of every student. Step 1: All required enrollment documentation must be submitted to the office along with completed forms. Step 2: The director and educational staff will review the file along with the ETR and IEP to determine if the student is a good candidate for the educational environment. Step 3: If the student appears to be a good candidate, a visit/school tour with the parent/guardian and student will be scheduled. Step 4: The director, educational staff, and advisory board will meet and decide on enrollment. Step 5: A 30-day probationary period will start when the student is enrolled. A final decision will be made at the end of the probationary period.
