Eligibility

Serves residents and businesses in Portage County. - Borrowers must be current on all taxes owed to the County to participate, and remain so for the duration of the loan. - Borrowers are limited to one (1) loan each per category at any given time. - There is no personal income limit to qualify for the loan.
