Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency

The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for five counties of Northeast Ohio - Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina. Its chief functions are to perform long- and short-range transportation planning, transportation-related air quality planning, and areawide water quality management planning, as defined by federal and Ohio mandates. Operates the Ohio Rideshare program.
