Application process

Application required. Individuals can apply online at benefits.ohio.gov , over the phone by calling the Ohio benefits call center, or locally with Hamilton County Job and Family Services.

Eligibility

Open to Hamilton County residents who are 18 years of age and under or a primary care giver with a child 18 years of age and under. Individuals must be a US citizen, national, or non-citizen legally admitted to the US and uninsured and ineligible for Medicaid.
