Medication Assistance Program (MAP) | Family And Community Services

Assists patients to apply for drug company programs which provide prescription medications at a discount or free of charge. This involves first determining whether such a program is available for the medication, then completing an application form and working with the patient and physician to collect necessary documentation to support the application.
