Eligibility
Sixty years of age or older, ambulatory and unable to prepare their own meals. Boundaries are South to Harvard, West to 93rd St., North to Buckeye, and East to 154th St.

Proof of age (Birth certificate, Photo I.D., etc.)

M-F: 12:00 Noon. Van begins transporting at 9:30am.
