3e Project - Empower, Encourage, Engage | Catholic Charities - Richland County

Project for those wanting to become financially stable. Willing to look at themselves and find what they can offer to their employer. 3E Program (Encourage, Empower, Engage) will help employees: * Connect to community resources, including training/education, budget/money management, transportation, housing, and medical RX assistance. * Understand the work environment, including how to defuse conflict, and problem solving. * Participate in asset and mind mapping, a way to solve problems, overcome barriers, and grow into stability. * Gain awareness of company culture and support. The 3E Project will help to: * Recognize and utilize assets. * Build a personal action plan. * Meet people who are committed to plan and willing to work client. * Learn how to manage time, money and resources. * Connect with a variety of resources to help you achieve success. For employers: 3E Project will assist in developing and retaining strong employees with valued skills, thus increasing productivity and decreasing employee turnover. Outcomes include reduced absenteeism, reduced tardiness, reduced turnover costs, enhanced soft skills (training), and improved employee money management. 3E case manager will visit participating employers weekly to meet with workers at their worksite.

Appointment only. Need referral from employers, community agencies or organizations.

No fees.

Eligibility

Will enroll individuals residing in Richland County who are employed, drug free and experiencing barriers with maintaining employment: transportation to/from work, car insurance, sticker renewal and other financial hardships that may compromise their ability to focus on employment. Additionally, support through the 3E Project can include support with housing, utilities, medical bills, prescriptions, counseling support and miscellaneous items such as ID's, and birth certificates.
