Mentoring - One On One - Hispanic Youth | Esperanza Inc.
Provides gender specific, one-on-one mentoring for inner-city Hispanic youth. Program is designed to provide a nurturing, supportive environment designed to encourage youth to complete school and develop leadership skills. When creating matches, career and personal interests are considered, as well as information collected during student and volunteer interviews. Interactions may include texting, social media, dinner, arts & cultural events, college visits, etc.
