Those 18 and older who want to volunteer to prepare taxes.

Hours

During tax season, generally January through April. Training begins in October/November of the prior year.

Sign up through website, click on "Volunteer Today." Questions regarding volunteering may also be sent by email. May also call any time to sign up to volunteer. Leave a message anytime and the call will be returned as soon as possible. Training takes place in the Fall, but those interested in volunteering are encouraged to contact this agency throughout the year.

Description

Offers volunteer opportunities to prepare federal and state taxes. Provides volunteers appropriate training. Volunteers work at VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) sites that are part of the Cuyahoga EITC Coalition.
