-Call the office Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30am for a brief intake interview or, if already a client, to schedule an appointment for transportation. -Appointments must be made at least one week in advance.

Provides door-to-door transportation for non-emergency medical appointments, grocery shopping and other errands to older adults and those who are unable to drive due to a disability. NOTE: Wheelchair vans are not available.

Provides in-home and community based services, including home-delivered (Meals-On-Wheels) and congregate meals, and a variety of cultural, recreational and educational programs, to Medina County residents over the age of 60. Functions as an Aging and Disability Resources Center (ADRC), offering information and assistance, options counseling and benefits screening for older adults and adults with disabilities.
