Eligibility
- Serves older adults age 65 and over and individuals with a temporary or permanent disability who are unable to come to the library and have no one to bring them library materials.
- Must be a resident living in the library's service district including the Village of Wellington, Wellington Township, Brighton Township, Huntington Township, Pittsfield Township, portion of Rochester Township in Lorain County, and portion of Mapleton School District in Lorain County.
