Eligibility

To be eligible to enroll in health coverage through the Marketplace someone must: -Live in the United States. -Be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present) -Not be incarcerated -Not already be enrolled in Medicare Enrollment must be completed during the open enrollment period in the fall, or during a special enrollment period. Eligibility for special enrollment periods is based on changes in household, changes in residence, loss of health insurance, etc.
