HEALTHWISE CONNECTION | CLEVELAND CLINIC FOUNDATION

Services include, but are not limited to, social events, lecture/discussions regarding health, forms assistance, physical fitness groups, physician referrals, health education, social events, discounted parking and equipment, discounts with certain home care providers, hotels, and drug stores and regularly scheduled suppers with recreational activities for older adults.
