Victims Of Crimes Program | Asian Services In Action

Provides legal service for victims of most crimes, including but not limited to victims of: - Theft. - Property crimes such as robbery, burglary, and vandalism. - Elder fraud and abuse. - Hate and bias crimes. - Domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking. Legal services for victims of crime include: - Consultations. - Explanation of victims' rights. - Help filing a police report or talking to police. - Representation of victims throughout a criminal prosecution. - Filing protective orders. - Visas for human trafficking and victims of crime. - Asylum. - Aid in seeking repayment for damages that occurred as a result of a crime.
