Career Development | Inroads - Great Lakes Region
Provides college students with programs designed to equip them with skills, practical work experience and insights necessary to become successful in business, technical and/or allied health careers. Services include mentoring and leadership development activities. The goal is placement in a job following graduation, preferably with the sponsoring business. Also provides a support group for the parents of participants, who meet to assist the development of their children, to further their own professional development, and to plan fundraising activities. There is also an active alumni group.

Eligibility
Ages 18 and older who are in college. Must have one or more of the following: a 3.0 GPA or better, an ACT composite score of 20 or better, an SAT combined score of 1000 or higher, and be in the top 10% of the class. The career goal must be in business or a technical discipline, or allied health.
