Eligibility
Serves Lorain County Veterans, their spouses, and their dependent children. Must be a resident for at least 90 days and be honorably discharged.
Required documents
Completed application including:
- DD Form 214 or other discharge documentation.
- Current state ID for Veteran and all household members.
- Documentation of all household income and expenses.
- Itemized medical bills or statements.
- Marriage certificate/birth certificate where applicable.
- Other documents will be requested as needed.
