No fees for services. Insurance plan costs will vary depending on the kind of plan one chooses to purchase through the Marketplace. Those with income between 100-400% of the Federal Poverty Line may be eligible for financial assistance programs designed to help pay for an insurance plan.

Also offers educational presentations throughout open enrollment period.
