RIDES SHOULD BE SCHEDULED NO LESS THAN 24 BUSINESS HOURS TO THE PICKUP TIME. Anything within 24 business hours cannot be guaranteed. Please schedule all appointments between 8:30AM-3:30PM for better service. Anything outside of the window, we cannot guarantee assistance if there is an issue. We will not be able to provide technical assistance if a ride is outside of the hours 8:00AM and 4:30PM or on a weekend. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Licking County Health Department provides the opportunity for rides to non-emergency medical appointments. We cannot guarantee a ride. Ride availability is dependent on Uber drivers available. Please note that some areas which are more remote may not have many Uber drivers. The availability of Uber drivers is outside of the control of the Licking County Health Department.
