CONSUMER COMPLAINTS/INFORMATION - SMOKING BAN VIOLATIONS | OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Provides a hotline for consumers to report violations of Ohio's smoking ban in public places and places of employment. This law requires that public places and places of employment be smoke free as of December 7, 2006, with enforcement beginning on June 7, 2007. Offers a separate information line that provides information about legislation and tobacco education in general.
