Connects caregivers with either a Certified Family Peer Support Specialist or a volunteer who has lived experience caring for someone living with a mental, chronic or serious illness. Provides participants with training and resources to help them take care of themselves both physically and emotionally so they are better able to take care of someone else.

Provides programs to support unpaid family caregivers to better cope with the stress of caregiving such as support groups as well as caregiver and family peer support. Provides participants with coaching and resources to help them take care of their overall health and well-being, so they are better able to take care of someone else.
