Caregiver And Family Peer Support | Courage To Caregivers

Connects caregivers with either a Certified Family Peer Support Specialist or a volunteer who has lived experience caring for someone living with a mental, chronic or serious illness. Provides participants with training and resources to help them take care of themselves both physically and emotionally so they are better able to take care of someone else.
