Client must live in Cuyahoga County, must have developmental disability that qualifies them for County Board services.
Birth certificate Social Security number.
Residential services are 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Office hours are M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm.

Free to client. Most clients are covered by Medicaid or some type of Medicaid waiver program.
Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Provides community group homes and other housing options for adults with developmental disabilities. Based on individual needs, qualified staff can provide up to 24-hour supervision, and each resident is supported by a Cuyahoga Department of Developmental Disabilities Support Administrator.
