Income based, sliding scale annual membership fee, once you are a member, loans are free, except for gas powered machines. $5 maintenance fee for gas engine tools and shop vacs. Repair and Late fees may apply.

Tool-lending library offers over 200 different types of hand and power tools to individuals and nonprofit organizations. Tools are loaned for for periods of 1 or 7 days, depending on the tool. Application for membership must be completed and paid before borrowing tools.
