MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM - MCRT | CONNECTIONS RECOVERY SERVICES
Handles mental health and addiction related calls, working in cooperation with law enforcement, firem and EMS to de-escalate individuals in crisis. Post crisis situation, a case management plan is developed to assist individual with long term stabilization care.
