Case Management For People Living With Hiv | Northern Kentucky Health Department

Provides support, referrals, and guidance to persons living with HIV/AIDS and members of their household. Services may include short-term counseling, education, support groups, assistance locating medical professionals, and financial assistance with eligible expenses.

Serves residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties. Additional areas served outside of United Way of Greater Cincinnati 211 region: Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, and Pendleton Counties.
